Question NVME M.2 Compatibility

Hello, my MoBo is a gigabyte A320M-S2H and this is what the specs say about storage:
Storage Interface

1. 1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 SATA and PCIe x4/x2* SSD support)
   • Actual support may vary by CPU.
   • Supports only M.2 SATA SSDs when using an AMD Athlon™ 200-series/ 7th Generation A-series or Athlon™ APU.

Does that mean i can't use an M.2 SSD if im using a Ryzen 5 2600X?

No, that means you can use an M.2 NVMe drive with your Ryzen.
If you were using an older Athlon, that M.2 port would be limited to a SATA III drive.
