Question NVME M.2 ssd not showing up when I plug my hdd

I have 240GB nvme M.2 ssd which boot up fine but when I plug my 1TB hdd it boot up as hdd. In BIOS only hdd boot option showed up but not ssd. I tried to do as this tutorial but nothing works: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/cant-boot-from-m-2-nvme-ssd.3365143/.

What is your motherboard and on what SATA port are you plugging your HDD?

CPU: Intel I7 10700
Mainboard: ASUS ROG B460I
Memory: 8GB
VGA: ASUS Tuf 1650

The sata port im using is the one that include in the box of mainboard
