[SOLVED] NVMe m.2 with sata ssd

I'm wondering if you can use a NVMe m.2 for os and daw software while also having one or two internal sata ssd's for creations, intruments, plug-ins etc.

Yes. You just make the M2 NVMe drive the boot drive and put your OS on that.

Sure can as long as your board supports both.

When using a NVME SSD their will be 1 or 2 SATA ports disabled , but any decent board that supports both will have a couple of SATA ports still fully functional and available for the two internal SATA drives.
