Question Nvme not detected in bios/windows

Hey guys,
Built a brand new pc for my friend and the nvme is not detected.
Specs;
10700k
Coolermaster 360 argb
Z490 gaming x AX
corsair 2x8 3200mhzc16
Antec hcg 750w
3070 rog strix
Xpg s11 pro 512g
Seagate 2tb hdd.

The nvme is not detected by the system.
Not in bios/windows installation/disk management/ cmd listdisk.
I'm out of idea's.

Disabled csm, uefi to legacy and back.
Nothing helps.
Anyone ?
