check if the SSD is still correctly plugged in. Remove and reinstall it while power is unplugged from the wall.

check the SSD with Samsung Magician and update its firmware with it, if available.

chipset driver and BIOS is up to date of the motherboard?
which motherboard is it?

first of all thank you for your response
i have checked the disk with Samsung magician i run all the test no errors at all
bios ,firmware and drivers are all up to date

i will try to resit the drive

lastly i came to realize that the problem must have started when i updated the firmware of the disk(via Samsung magician )about a month ago, after that i was having a lot of blue screens then i updated the drivers and then the bios no it is only freezing and have to do a hard reset but the last week it only happen two times the problem is rare so i don't know if what i am doing is fixing it.

again thanks for your response .

please run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730
to have a look which hardware you are using.

Usually such things don´t come from the hard drive but RAM or similar

i was thinking the same thing first think i checked was ram but as you can see in the bench the drive has some problem during the bench here are the results
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/38967129
(the driver in question is the nvme not the slow external)
i try it several times all the same result also if i remember correctly i was having the same problems with this benchmark about a year ago when i was building this rig i was never able to run it .Any other test that might help you?

also i open the pc for cleaning and get the nvme out gave it a good dustoff and get it buck in (not that it has a lot of dust almost none) i haven't a crush since then(yesterday) but its too early to say that its fixed.
