[SOLVED] NVMe not detected

Hi guys new here. Sorry to bother as well I've looked everywhere for answers. I have very little knowledge on PCs in general just the YouTube and research I've done, and decided to build one, after a long struggle I completed it but in the Asrock EUFI there's no m.2 detected (WD green 250gb) neither whilst trying to install windows through USB. Any help would be much appreciated thanks..

Your motherboard has two M.2 slots, they are labelled M2_1 and M2_2

only the M2_1 slot (Ultra M.2) supports NVMe SSD.

So check it's in the correct slot.

Yes it's in the correct spot, right above the gpu. Just to make sure, I have no cables plugged into the socket right above PCIE 1, if that could be the issue. I'm literally learning as I go how everything works to be honest 😂
