Question NVME not showing in window but does in Bios *solved

So i really need help just bought my first NVME M.2 and i cant format it in windows cause it wont show in disc manager

Setup
Asus x570 Pro Prime
Ryzen 7 3800X
2 cerberus asus 1070ti gpus that are sli'd
and trident z royal 4 sticks of 32gb ram
checked device manager
tried the NVME in both m.2 slots
its a Sabrent Rocket q gen3x4

Update it shows in device manager but nothings wrong with it just doesnt appear in disc management to format checked Bio config and the option is greyed out
