If I use an M.2 NVMe on MSI H410M PRO-VH motherboard will it block any of my SATA ports? In the user manual (downloaded online) it is mentioned that if I use M.2 SATA then my SATA 4 will be unavailable but it didn't mention anything about the M.2 NVMe. That does mean the M.2 NVMe can run without blocking any of the SATA ports? If yes then what about the 16 CPU lanes (i3 10100f). Will NVMe take the 4 PCIe lanes from the CPU and restrict my GPU to work on x8? Please reply if anyone know about it. Thanks.

Thank you for the reply. No! I am not looking to build this for high end gaming. I want to use it for CAD applications and some light gaming. Currently I have a 1030 gpu and I am planning to buy 1650 after few months till then I am ok with my current gpu. But the only question i have rn is if I use 1650 on this mobo later with NVMe, then can I still run my gpu on x16 or x8. And if I can run it on x16 than any of my SATA ports will be blocked or not?
