NVMe PCIe RAID1 Controller?

Hi folks. I'm looking for a relatively budget NVMe PCIe RAID controller to RAID1 two 1TB NVMe PCIe drives. I'm guessing there is a reason that I can't really find anything that does this. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Redundancy.

EDIT: I'll be running 2 servers on it in HyperV. I wouldn't consider them production servers really. They are for Microsoft Deployment so if it goes down for a bit it's not the end of the world. Also thought about running them on a single PCIe NVMe drive but haven't made that decision yet. Thank you for your reply!

For that use, I wouldn't even consider NVMe drives. Either single or mirrored.
