Question NVMe Recognized by Bios, but not by Windows 7

Hardware involved:
Tomahawk B350 Motherboard
WD Black 250gb NVMe Drive

I am trying to transfer my OS and some other programs to an NVMe drive, but I ran into a problem. Windows 7 won't recognize my NVMe drive in Computer Management.
The drive shows up in the Bios, and it was plugged into an M.2 m-key slot.

How can I get my computer to recognize the NVMe Drive?

Have you installed an NVMe driver? Windows 10 natively supports NVMe, but not Windows 7.
