Do they both have regular warranty?

The PM9A1 is a 4.0 device.
What motherboard is it going in, and would you be able to tell the difference between that and the 3.0 970 EVO Plus?

So the 4.0 device is not able to reach its fullest performance.
Unless the PM9A1 comes with a valid warranty AND is less expensive than the 970 EVO Plus...get the 970.
