So I detached all drives. Installed NVMe drive then installed Windows 10 on it. Everything works fine.
Then I installed other necessary drives etc.

After connecting 2 x SATA drives (SSD and HDD), Windows 10 won't load and gets stuck on bios screen.
I have other W10 installed on SSD and when I change boot priority I can load windows on SSD, but can't load the fresh Windows that's on the NVMe SSD anymore.
Any ideas?

Unplug both sata disk see if the nvme will now boot.
If it does plug in one at a time the sata disk and test the nvme boot.

I had this problem once before where windows 10 would never boot and it turns out that the faulty HDD was at fault.

As the others have said, try connecting one Sata port each time and boot windows. If it works for only one of them then it's probably the fault with one of the drives.

Go into BIOS and check the boot order. Set NVMe drive as first priority. You may need to temporarily disconnect SATA drives to force boot from NVMe. Once Windows boots from NVMe, reconnect the SATA drives and adjust the boot order again with NVMe first. This will ensure your fastest drive boots first.
