Question Nvme SSD freezing pc on bios screen

hey! I have a gigabyte b360m ds3h motherboard with the latest bios. I bought a Transcend Nvme SSD (ts128gmte110s) but when i installed in my computer first it ran successfully but suddenly the pc could not read it and when i tried to restart my comp it froze at the bios screen. As soon as i removed the ssd the pc ran normally without any difficulties. I checked transcend's site and ssd is compatible with my motherboard but i really can't find the issue. is my ssd dead or is it any other issue?Plz Help!

Well how are you running the pc without the ssd? What is the os on?

I have an internal hard drive 1 tb wd blue

I turned off csm but now i can"t see bios screen but windows load normally. I cannot enter into bios any more.
