Hello. I have this brand new ASUS x570 TUF mobo paired with 2700 ryzen. I bought two Samsung 970 evo plus. One 2tb model and second 256gb. So 256gb works perfectly in both m.2 slots meanwhile 2tb model is not working at all. I tried both slots.
I've contacted both tech supports (asus and samsung) and still didn't get a way to make it work. Asus just asked me to flash new bios version and install latest chipset drivers. Than after i did it (second time) they said that this ssd is not in QVL (what a surprise) and they will try to contact their engineers to solve my problem. Same with samsung. I wrote a mail to their semiconductor group and still waiting for a response.

So any ideas? I have googled my issue and got something about Compatibility support module bios settings but didn't find it in my bios. Now i'm gonna to test SSD in my other Motherboards which are a320 gaming pro MSI and b-350F Asus.
