Hi,
I've been having an issue whereas [whereby] my NVMe SSD is not reaching it's full potential in terms of read-and write speed. Infact, they're pretty much cut by exact half of what they should be. My assumption after many google searches was that it is running on PCIe 3.0 2x instead of the 4x.
Now, here's the issue: After downloading "CrystalDiskInfo" to check the Transfer Mode of my SSD I was met with this.

A few things worth mentioning:
I'm on a laptop but it is capable of PCIe 3.0 4x.

Windows is installed on said SSD.
and lastly, I've checked the BIOS for any way to change the modes but I wasn't able to find anything.

If I forgot something, please tell me so I can add it asap.

Ooh, okay.
My bad then. But is that also the reason why I can't see the Transfer Mode ?
Sorry if I'm asking obvious questions, I'm really new to this stuff.
