Hey guys,
I bought a m.2 ssd 8 months ago and since a month ago it really slowed down from the expectation to only 30 mbps write and read speeds.
My hdd is literally triple the speed of my NVME ssd

My specs (if it could be a problem wit hthat)
MoBo: Z390-F gaming
CPU: i7 8700k OCed to 4.9ghz
GPU: RTX 2080 TI
Drivers:
Crucial MX300 SATA m.2
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2tb

Solution
Check your BIOS and make sure you haven't set it to NVMe/PCIe. Your stick is SATA.

Also, depending on the slot you have it in, some SATA ports will/should be disabled. Attempting to run with them enabled (which I'm not sure is possible) will impact your speed..

Here is a similar thread. The question is specifically regarding an NVMe stick, but they are discussing many of the vagueries of that mobo with M.2's.

What drive? The Crucial MX300?
That is a SATA drive, not NVMe.
Plus, that is an older model.

Still, it should be lots faster than an HDD.

What is telling you this performance?
How full is it?
Sorry for the late respones is 50% full
i did a benchmark for the ssd its running 30 mbps ( i did the CrystalDiskMark )
