I bought new ssd nvme m.2 and after install windows 10 pc freezing and cursor not moving how to fix?

go to your ssd manufacturer website and download the windows driver.
After you load the windows installation setup, look for the button to preload driver browse to the usb device which you have prepared the ssd driver then proceed with the operating system installation.
