nvwgf2umx.dll problems with games and aero

Okay, so I used the driver updater by IOBIT to update all my outdated drivers. NVIDIA got updated as well, and ever since I couldn't get the aero effects to work (Windows 7 64), also the desktop window manager crashed on every boot up. I uninstalled all of the IOBIT products and am left with this nvwgf2umx.dll fault module.

I can't play Dying Light (specifically, other games work such as Depth or Chaos Reborn) because "it stopped working" with the aforementioned faulty module. I read that I should uninstall the NVIDIA drivers and delete the faulty .dll from System32, reboot and reinstall the NVIDIA drivers, but that doesn't fix anything either, it's just stuck where it was, the aero effects don't work either.

I tried to do system restore but I get an error saying that I can't do that and I should disable my antivirus for the time of restoring and I did and it didn't work anyway.

Solution
Well you can get back your transparency by renaming that dll file to something else like nvwgf2umx.dll.old then open cmd as admin and type "net stop uxsms" to stop dwm and then type "net start uxsms" without quotes obviously.
Hope it helps
