Nwiz, NvMediaCenter & Nvcpldaemon Are these nescessary ?????

these three programs are in my startup run group in registry
I am assuming they are nvidia related but what exactly are they
what do they do and are they nescessary

can i remove them from autostart without problems

NvCplDaemon - Initializes the clock and memory settings on nVidia based
cards. Enable if you overclock your card

NvMediaCentre - Is basically the system tray icon

Nwiz - Improves desktop layouts by setting preferences and optimizations,
however isn't necessary for the operation of your system

i dont overclock or use the systray thing and i dont think iuse the last one
either
so i will disable em all and see what happens
