will there be any significant temp difference if i use nzxt aer p for my case fans instead of aer f? also, does anyone use aer p fans and have good temps?

you'll see the P series of fans have higher static pressure. High static pressured fans are meant for watercooling radiators, lower static pressure higher CFM fans are meant for case airflow.

You might be worrying a little too much about the specs of your case fans. What is more important is the placement of your fans and the airflow through the case.
