So after trying millions of things to get this crap software to work, still no luck, It used to work before I had gutted out my PC, I ended up turning my PC on after putting it back into another case and saw that my Kraken turned on and the HUE+ as well but there's no way I'm able to actually change the color because CAM isn't showing the option to do it, whoever can provide me with a solution to have the lighting option show up, i'd really appreciate it!

Solution

Yeah that is weird. It's probably the USB drivers then. Go to settings --> devices --> USB and then it should show there. If not then I might suggest reinstalling the USB drivers that came with your motherboard.

External really? I would try the internal first to make sure there's not a dead USB port on your motherboard (which could very well be the issue here) before I hook up to the external.

If the motherboard did detect something plugged in to that internal USB port then it may most likely be either a broken cable or Kraken/HUE+ (don't know if the Kraken connects to a box such as HUE+ that then needs to plug in to the MOBO USB header or if both devices connect to two separate USB headers on the MOBO without needing the HUE+ for the Kraken). If this isn't the problem then it must either be windows related or maybe CAM software has some sort of bug that prevents it from seeing your hardware or it may well be some "other software" that is conflicting with NZXT CAM
