I feel through this incident, it is hard to consider NZXT's product. In this case, its only 1 product, i.e. a casing. But the fact that NZXT remains silent about the reason for the first recall, and did not make the issue transparent is an integrity issue to me. They may not want to rock the boat too hard while investigating, but the product is at risk of starting a fire, and not a small issue. Someone may get killed if they leave the system running at night and go to bed.

Would this have come up at all if Gamers' Nexus hadn't grilled their butts?
The fact that they did not mentioned the reason for the first recall seems to show that they are trying to hide the issue. A fire hazard is not something they should downplay here. Bad move from NZXT. Apologies may not be enough to salvage this situation.

That's why I'm hoping they don't get off easy with this.
