NZXT fan hub

There are quite a few NZXT fan hubs and you didn't say which one so its hard to say, but if you plug a 3pin into a PWM header or a 4 pin fan into a voltage controlled header they'll run at 100%. And those fans arent the quietest but not too bad. Have had them myself.

ok i mean can i buy a fan controoler that requires only 1 molex connector? since i will have only 1 molex available oh and will a full fan caontrooler that u install in a bay in front of the case fit in the NZXT Phantom 240? thx

No, not power. A 3 pin fan has to be plugged into a 3pin fan header and a 4 pin fan has to be plugged into a 4 pin header. Also, the fan you have linked to is a static pressure fan, so it is probably PWM but designed for tight spaces and radiators, not airflow. The AF Corsair series are used for that, and are 3 pin voltage fans.

Yes that fan controller will work with 3 and 4 pin fans and a 4 pin molex power. Perfect choice.
