NZXT fan is flashing

hey guys, just bought 2 NZXT 140mm blue led fan. I plugged them both in but one of the fans LEDS are flashing, while the others are not. any ideas to why, BTW when i put the speed to max the flashing stops.

When the fans aren't running at full speed, they are not getting the full voltage to it. This causes the LEDs to flicker.

ok, i plugged the fan into the motherboard and that seemed to fix it thanks
