Question Nzxt fan not spinning

I have an nzxt kraken Z53 and cooler and its fans are not working.

Everything else looks like it works, there is power so the display of temperture comes up, but cooler ans cooler fans are not working

My mobo is an MSI Z690
What could be the problem?

Can only suggest to look at the manual and reconnect everything again. You could make some photo's of connections and post them here,

You can use Imgur to post a picture here,use the "img" link.
Click "new post" ->choose "upload images" -> "browse" ->choose the picture and click "open" ->put cursor on the picture that you uploaded->choose "share links" and copy the img link,paste it in your next post.

First of all, thanks. I really appricate you taking the time to help.
I did as you said, and it worked like butter! Everything is up and running, fans are spinning and nzxt cam shows the status

Just an update to what i did. I moved my usb header to from JUSB1 to JUSB2. I think i might have damaged the JUSB1. Also i rotated the cable that goes into the display think, not the usb c but the other big one.

Good to hear it works now. Too bad if the usb header is broken, should you in the future need more internal usb connection is this a possibilty,
