NZXT Fan Plugs Question (NZXT Phantom Enthusiast)

My friend and I are trying to get the leds working on the two top mounted fans of a NZXT Phantom Enthusiast case. The fan run. There two connectors that come from each fan. One is needs three prongs for the fan to run and the other two prongs. The 3 prongs are plugged in. The two prong are not. We think these are for the leds. If so, where do these plug in?

the only open spots on the mobo i can see are for 2 fans. the 3 prong power plugs for the fans are plugged in the fan controller on the top of the case but I didnt see anywhere for these 2 prong plugs, that we think power the lights. theres a wire with a place to plug in one hanging with the 2 plugs but it didnt give us any power. I dont know where that plug came from either. We didn't build the pc, a friend sent us the pc to fix the problem so we dont know which wire are where yet.
