I'm highly into wanting to keep my future pc build as cool as possible. After looking at the G10 i was impressed but should i rather keep the stock cooler or invest into the G10 as it keeps the GPU cooler ,but i feel that the rams will be quiet chilly. (I'm planning to get a GTX 970 {don't know which yet XD})

Solution
Its your call if you want it or not. The g10 looks kinda nice in a white build. I have a soft spot for whites lol.
But if to buy G10 you have to compromise something, like buying less case fans, or buying loud case fans, or buying a low quality PSU, then i would not recommend buying it. Case and case air circulation comes first. The GTX 970 is a cool card anyway.

thanks for the reply,
but I'm not really into the overclocking as i really just want to maintain a very cool card.

ohh thanks for the advice

It doesn't matter about the VRAM being chilly lol, they're never gonna get cold enough where it'll be a problem. I had a G10 on both of my 970's and it'll be perfect if you're not overclocking but want to keep your PC as cool as possible. You'll probably get people warning you about no VRM cooling; I had the fan at a constant 70% on mine, both were overclocked with a custom BIOS, no heatsink on the VRM and the VRM was cooler than it was with the stock air cooler (EVGA GTX 970 SSC+).

Exactly im aiming for somewhat near silence performance and cooler temps as i just read this thread which justifies that the G10 will run cooler and more quite than the stock cooler.

I understand but i've read reviews that both cards run quietly so i don't think that it would make a difference.
i would like the NZXT G10 instead of the stock cooler as im going to match it with the case.
