Nzxt h440 air cooling

I am going to be getting the h440 case, but do not plan on over clocking, or using and water cooling. Instead, I plan on placing two corsair af 140 fans at the front as intakes and two corsair af 140 fans at the top as exhaust a rear 140 af fan will also be exhaust.

The cpu will be cooled using the cooler master hyper 212 evo, with a corsair pwm fan installed as a push fan.

I have got a a gpu in the case too, the msi nvidia geforce gtx 970, so this will create some heat.

Will this be ok.

Sounds perfectly fine to me, the H440 is a great case and despite how minimalist it looks is a very good case airflow wise. The 970 is an efficient card and the 212 evo is a damn good cpu cooler.
