Hi, I need some help with my fan configuration in the my NZXT H440

Well, I'm reletivaly new to PC building and not sure about positive and negative air pressure or fan placements to maximise cooling.

I was hoping someone would look at the photos of the current config and the fans I still have available - then tell me if I should add an extra fan somewhere or perhaps change placement or orientation of the ones currently installed.

I was able to briefly look at the pictures. Work has a habit of blocking/limiting sites like that. Front should all be intake fans, and the fans on you rad should be exhaust. You need to flip your fans, on the rad. You have them pulling air in, instead of pushing air out. The rad should look like this.
