Both are great cases and both will work fine with that build. Personally, I like the Enthoo Pro better. I've done several builds with it for friends and clients, and it's a great house for your hardware.

The problem I have with the H440 is there are no optical drive bays. If you have no plans to use an internal DVD or Blu-ray drive, then the H440 is probably just slightly better quality. The H440 is slightly quieter. Either is a fine choice with plenty of room. These are LARGE cases. For the price difference, I'd probably go with the Enthoo Pro for that reason alone.
