Question NZXT H500 - Fan not working

I recently bought a NZXT H500 case and MSI B450 Tomahawk Max for a new build. I connected one of the fans to a sys_fan header on my motherboard, but it isn't spinning. Everything else works though. Does anyone know why this is happening? I already tried using other sys_fan headers.

It arrived in the case like that. Maybe it was shipped broken or something. It doesn’t look broken.
