Question NZXT H500i + kraken x62 noise

About week ago I received ordered system.

• nzxt H500i
• nzxt kraken x62 aio
• i7 9700k
• asrock z390 phantom gaming 6

My problem: system seems to be loud. Not like rocket engine but loud. I thing it may be wrong connected aio and case fans witch I can't controll (cam or BIOS). Those are always on full speed.

Is it normal that someone who is getting paid for building systems is actually disconnecting fans from smart device (nzxt H500i) and connecting them to MOBO?

Sorry for grammar and English. Just a bit disappointed as I paid £2000 for loud system plus free bull*heeeet from customer service.

hello. you shouldnt connect aio to the smart device.
aio should be directly connected to the mobo.
other fans should be on the smart device.

also check the CAM software may be it is on performance mode or something.
