I am looking for an AIO cooler for my H7 flow (2022).
On the website it states radiator max length is 360 mm. But it seems all thermalright 3 fan radiators have a length of 397mm (even though it's called elite vision 360)
So are my option limited to a 2 fan radiator.
Also, this is my first time buying an AIO.

No you should be fine. The mounting holes for the rad is where the fan holes are so it’s classed as a 360mm rad (3x120mm fans). NZXTs own 360 rad is around 400 long

I have the H7 Flow 2024 and i'm using the Thermalright Prism 360 and it does a great job of cooling my 9800X3D. I bought it on Amazon and paid $55.

What cpu are you needing to cool?
Will you be overclocking?

The H7 flow is an excellent case for air cooling.
Have you considered a simple air cooler?
I have a thermalright PS120SE , i live in south east asia, room temps here can reach 35'C and 7800x3d tends to run hot
