Question NZXT H7 Flow 2024 - Fans not working, why?

Hello, I have built my 2nd PC (or 3rd, not sure) after quite a few years, and predictably there were some roadblocks, and today I'm facing this: my PC fans are not working.

This is my build:
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB Dual EVO
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB (2x16GB)
Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB
Storage: WD Black SN850X with Heatsink x 2 (2TB + 1TB)
Case: NZXT H7 Flow 2024 case
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 750W 80 Plus Gold
Fans: NZXT stock fans x 3 (120mm, intake), Arctic P14 Max (140mm, intake)

When I press the power button, the Arctic cooler fans are spinning. The GPU fans are also spinning, so the GPU is presumably working. The stock fans, however, spin only for a second, then just die. The Arctic P14 barely even moves before it stops. To add insult, the power button refuses to shut down the system when I hold it down for several seconds, I have to turn off through the PSU switch instead.

The fans are connected as follows:
Arctic Liquid Freezer - 3 separate cables, connected to these three pins: AIO_Pump, CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT (see manual ch. 1.2). The RGB LED cable is on ADD_GEN_2_3.
NZXT Fans - the cables are connected to a "hub" cable, merging them into one single cable, which I initially put on CHA_FAN2, then switched to CHA_FAN1 to see if this would work.
Arctic P14 - single cable connected to CHA_FAN1 initially, then switched to CHA_FAN2 to see if it would work.

Why are the fans not working?

Can you short the +ve and -ve pins on the motherboard's front panel header to shut off the PC?(Please remove the front panel power/LED connector when the PC is powered down, not when it's running). If they do work when shorted then it's probable you wired the front panel the wrong way. Use this as a guide;

Might want to include images of how they're tethered to the hub you speak of. I don't see a hub, rather a splitter/daiychain of the 3 front fans.

Thank you for the welcome and response.

You are right, it's not an actual hub, but a splitter or daisy chain (not sure about that myself), I didn't know the proper term.

I don't know how to "short" the pins, sorry. Could you explain? Removing the front panel cable results in the power button not responding at all, which I guess is the expected behavior, ha ha.

If it matters, the front panel cable has 9 spots for the pins, the 10th spot (right-uppermost) being closed (what's the correct term?). I connected it to the left half of the panel header because that's where it fit (#16 of the labeled overview in the manual, if you need to check). The panel header itself has 17 pins in some particular arrangement.

I'll check out the video and report back. Maybe everything will be solved by then? One can only hope. :)

Reporting back. The video was very helpful. It turns out I was missing power cables for the CPU. After plugging them in, the fans are now spinning as expected, and I can shut down the power through the front panel button, too.

Much appreciated, thank you. :)
