NZXT Hue+ not saving profiles

i got my NZXT hue+ yesterday and played around with the profiles, found one that i liked then turned my pc off. then the net day my hue completely forgot what i put on it, is there anybody that has this problem or knows a fix?

Since i also have NZXT HUE+ in use with my Skylake and Haswell builds (full specs with pics in my sig), i have few questions to ask:
1. Do you use NZXT CAM in Guest Mode or do you log in using your NZXT account?
When using guest mode, people have had issues with HUE+ remembering profiles, especially under Win 10.

2. When selecting a profile and customizing it to you likening, have you typed in the new profile name, so that NZXT CAM can save your custom profile?
I have saved lots of different profiles with proper names for easier switch when i get tired of one profile.

3. In the Settings, under General tab and in Boot Options section, have you ticked the boxes that state: "Auto-start CAM when Windows launches" and "Start CAM minimized"?
When i boot up my PC, all my LEDs (NZXT LED strips and AER RGB fans) shine in white color until my Win 7 boots NZXT CAM which starts in minimized mode. After my NZXT CAM starts working, it automatically loads the last saved profile i had prior to shutdown.

4. What is your NZXT CAM version?
I have version 3.3.0 in use while the latest is 3.5.10.

1. Guest mode because i cant load up Cam if i sign in

2. i name my custom profiles, yes.

3. i only have auto start when windows launches

4. i am using the latest version of cam

It may be the issue of Guest Mode that doesn't save your profiles. Same issue when using Guest Mode was reported a year ago in here,

To fix your logging-in issue and profile not loading issue that might be tied to the first one, you'll need to contact NZXT customer support since solving both needs the know-how of inner workings of NZXT CAM software that i don't know nor have access to it.

However, you can try to check the "Start CAM minimized" box and look if it has any effect.
Note: Warm reboot won't help since your LEDs profile is remembered. You need to do a cold reboot.
