NZXT HUE+ Strips LED Issue (Video)

Hey guys. Well, my problem is this. I purchase the HUE+ from Amazon. Yesterday I testing it and I realice that strips doesn't work at all. The Controller is OK. I have the AER Fan Rgb and they work just fine.

I've upload a video showing the problem. ¿You're suggest that I claim to Amazon for a replacement?

First off, you need to plug NZXT LEDs to your HUE+ and not into your MoBo.

Second, why on earth are you plugging components into your PC when your PC is fully running? Do you want to fry your components?

Since NZXT LEDs aren't plug-and-play, they do not work at instant when you plug them into your HUE+. To get them running, power off your PC and flip the PSU switch behind PSU. For added protection, also remove the main power cable from my PSU. After your PC is off, plug your LED strips to your HUE+. And then turn your PC back on.
After boot, it takes some time before NZXT CAM detects your LED strips and AER RGB fans. Until that happens, all LEDs shine in white color.
