Question Weird Noise from NZXT KRAKEN 240 RGB AIO ?

But if you stop the fan(s), does noise still continue?

Since i could hear a faint bearing noise, which most likely comes from the pump itself. Could be fans too but without stopping fans and ruling out fan bearing issue, can't say for certain.
Also, it almost sounds like a coil whine, which MoBos (albeit rarely) can produce. Though coil whine is more apparent for the GPUs and PSUs.

I mean i never heard this sound before, when i stop the fans the sound is still there.

Not many moving parts inside the PC to make noise. Fan/pump bearings, HDD, airflow noise and coil whine. That's it. Oh, vibration noise too (e.g HDD or fans vibrating and amplifying the vibrations all over the PC case).

If you put your ear directly to the PC, can you make sense where it exactly comes from? Might want to use the inner tube of toilet paper roll (or similar hollow cylindrical object) to better pinpoint the source of noise, when putting your ear to it.

Well i can hear it from the pump, i had GameMax ICEBURG-240 Black and it was very good aio very silent and i didnt hear anything but this makes me crazy, but sometimes when i restart the Pc the sound is gone..

Well i can hear it from the pump
From the AIO pump, there are 2 noises it can make:
* pump bearing noise (can stop at certain pump RPMs)
* air trapped inside the pump (sounds like bubbling/rattling noise)

For air trapped inside the AIO pump, fix would be tilting the PC back and forth.
Guide with video here: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/explo...ix-rattling-or-bubbling-sounds-in-aio-cooler/

but sometimes when i restart the Pc the sound is gone..
Could be air trapped inside the pump. Since bearing noise would sound every time pump rotates (given the pump RPM is on that "sweet spot").
But from the vid, i hear the sound as "nnnnnnn" and this sounds like coil whine to me. But try the tilting and look if things improve.
