NZXT Kraken X41 vs Swiftech H140-x

Good day to everyone,

Im in a dilemma in which AIO CLC would replace my antec kuhler h20 920, it would either be the following:

NZXT Kraken X41
Swiftech H140-x

What would be best between the both of them? they are nearly priced in where I live only about 5USD difference

Swiftech is much better in terms of quality.
It is build of components that are used in custom loops. You can later expand it or swap components in it without much issues.
Though the most convenient kits are from EK.

If you have room, do consider h220x (2x120) and h240x (2x140).

okay but im also thinking about realiability because the kraken has 6 years of warranty while the swiftech has only 3 years

That will almost double the price.
For CPU only, 140mm rad has enough heat dissipation capacity.
And going for 240, I'd strongly suggest EK Predator. It's much cleaner design and have only 2 cables to connect instead of 4 on Swiftech's equivalent. Also much more convenient/better fittings 😉

Don't worry about that.
The only thing that can die is the pump (well fans too, but who cares ). And if it last a year, it will probably outlive the one on NZXT. It's a much better quality component. End even if it will die at some point, you can simply replace it. On NZXT (or similar form arctic, corsair and others) you can not do that.

yes I would prefer EKWB brand but unfortunately, none of the computer stores here in the philippines sell EK products other than their custom liquid cooling kits and besides, they dont have a 140 rad.

The performance would be about the same. within 1-2c difference. Though Swiftech will be probably quieter.
On low RPM, Swiftech will do better.
