NZXT Kraken X61 Case Size

Im getting a I7 4790k and will do some heavy overclocking. Im getting the Kraken X61 with 4 Noctua NF-A14 PWM Fans in push/pull setup. I need a case that can hold this plus a GTX 970 FTW ACX in 2-way SLI. Price needs to be under $130 and this is kind of weird but i dont want the case to have any 200mm fans because i use Arctic Cooling for case fans and they go up to 140mm
