So,
This week I bought new parts for my new build including the almighty Kraken X62 from NZXT.
At first it worked like a champ. The cooling worked great and it kept my CPU cool.
Also the RGB worked fine eventho CAM software is still a bit buggy.
Next day I booted my pc and I immediately notice the RGB on the X62 flashing random colors. (different then the one I chose)
So I ran CAM software and tried to change it back to my liking but the RGB was still doing crazy colors. White turned Pink, all blue-toned colors stayed blue and all other colors were just red.
So I began to troubleshoot, trying to find a solution.
What I tried so far:
The build:
At this moment the RGB changes colors almost everytime I reboot my PC. Sometimes the RGB stays off.
Any idea what the solution would be? Or would it be better to return it?
I'm hoping its just a silly software bug that is easy to fix.
Thanks in advance,
Roel

What I tried so far:
Reinstall CAM software. (even an older version)
Disconnected the USB, Sata and Fans.
Different SATA cable
Different USB 2.0 port on motherboard.
Different Fan connector.
I even re-installed Windows just to be sure.
The build:
Motherboard: ASrock z370 Extreme4
CPU: 8700K
RAM: G.skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 3200mhz
GPU: GTX 970 (strix)
PSU: Corsair RM650x
