Question NZXT Kraken X62 Led not working

Hello,
Ive came home from work at the evening, started my PC and then realized that something is not quite right, my Kraken Pump looked dead, ive checked if it still works and it does, it pumps liquid and fans are working, temps are stable but my LEDs aren´t working. Tried some fast fixes but nothing worked for me, did u ever seen a simular problem or know the solution? Please lemme know.

same problem here, today i turn on the pc and work for a moment but them stuck in green, di you soulve the issue ?

Hey guys. There was no solution for this problem... I had to send it back to seller and they also couldn´t fix it, they refuded my money back and I´ve bought a new refresh of NZXT -> X63 with rotable LOGO and one less cable for working. Im sorry to say but in my case, there was no chance of fixing Kraken X62
