I recently got an NZXT Kraken X62 for my 10700k. The pump cap had 2 layers of plastic to peel, I don't fully understand why. The first one peeled off just fine, however, when I peeled the 2nd one, it kind of scratched the face of the pump. It doesn't exactly look like a scratch, but it won't go away with a micro-fiber cloth. Also, you know the air that gets inside your phone's display's protective glass? There's something like that too.
here is the image. Any ideas on how to remove it? If I ask for a replacement, and if I get one, that'll still take time and I won't be able to use my computer.

Solution
Sounds like lamination of the plastic has pulled apart.

There isn't really a way to fix this other than getting a new cooler, so you can try getting an RMA from NZXT or taking it back to the place of purchase.
