Hello, i just gotta couple questions before my pc arrives.

I went with a aio in the end as i felt like efficiency and cooling was better. but ive heard some bad things about the X62. What are the possible problems of this cooler.

How will the cooler, cool my 8700k?

The Kraken X62 is an AIO (all in one) liquid cooler.

The Kraken X62 works just like any other AIO liquid cooler. A pump is placed on top of your CPU. It circulates a special pre-installed liquid around a soft tubing system. Heat is transferred from your CPU to the liquid through a copper plate on the base of the pump. The liquid then travels through the tubing to a radiator. Heat is then dissipated from the radiator with the help of fans mounted to the radiator. The cooled liquid then travels back to your CPU, where the everything happens again.

I personally use the Kraken X52 (exact same AIO but with smaller radiator). I have had no problems with it whatsoever, and CPU temps are perfectly fine. I'd recommend it highly!

Only possible problem to happen to an AIO cooler is that it leaks, but this is unlikely to happen. I've never happened to me.

Hope this helped!
