and my kraken z63 didn't show the led temperatures and
Even in my nzxt cam didn’t recognize

yeah i put the usb 2.0 header already and it’s the same it’s maximus hero z790

The headers on the top of the motherboard are for fans, the USB port you're looking for is located towards the bottom of the board, with respect to the image above, towards the left of the CMOS battery/coin cell. Labelled, USB_E12 or USB_E34.

I just freshly installed the aio cooling

and there is no light on the pump and no device found in nzxt cam what should i do?

Something tells me you fried the AIO after forcefully plugging that USB connector onto a PWM fan header. Can you take the AIO over to another donor platform to see if it's the same story on the donor motherboard?

I have a micro usb i tried to connect st the back of my motherboard and still the same

my aio pump rmp in the bios is only 220rmp
when i started a game after 30 minutes
My cpu temp goes 82-100c
Then suddenly freeze and shutdown and boot up again

it’s a newly build

i9-13900k
Maximus hero z790
Thor 1200watts psu

Like I said prior, take the AIO, that you wired improperly, over to a donor system(a friend's house or a neighbors) and see if the AIO is dead on donor system as well.
There's no need to spam the forums with the same thread multiple times, unless you want to introduce confusion on your own issue.
