NZXT M59 Case door jam

Hey guys,

I just got a new pc case, NZXT M59, and I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong or not. I looked at the online manual to see how to open the other side of the case for the cable management and it wouldn't budge. I took out the screws on both sides. The side where you put the pc components was a cinch to slide off but the other side seems stuck and won't budge even putting under force to open it up. I tried sliding it out the same way as the other side and then lifting but it won't budge. Help is appreciated.

This is my first time building a pc and I'm wondering if I should just RMA and get a replacement. Has this happened to anyone before in terms of pc case problems?

Try muscling it off. If by chance it was damaged during shipping, it may have shifted the frame on the chassis itself so you can't open the side panel. Let me know how it goes and we'll go from there.
