NZXT phantom 410

I only have 8 stand off screws and there is one missing in the bottom middle. Do I need another or will I be ok? My board is Atx size

You will be fine. If you have missing screws always try to at least cover the corners.

You should be OK. Just be sure the missing one isn't sitting in an unused spot under the board where it can short out the solder tracings.
