NZXT Phantom 820 top and rear fans not working

Like the title says the top and rear fans aren't working but everything else is. Has anybody else had this problem? It has cords on the back that have T, R, IS, or F on them what are those for? They are all female ends and there are no other males. any help will be great.

Dont waste time to recover its problem.
Just buy new fans
From corsair or noctua. GOOD LUCK.
