I currently have a NZXT Phantom with an ATX Z77-V Pro board and I have the Hyper 212 Evo mounted on top. I was curious, it appears that the space is slim between the side panel and the cooler, is there still enough room to fit in a 200mm fan?

Specs:

NZXT Phantom Full Tower
Asus P8Z77-V Pro
I5-3570k
Asus GTX 670
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
8GB Corsair Vengeance LP White
128GB Crucial M4
2TB Western Digital HDD
COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 850W
2x HP Lightscribe Optical Drives

Is it an easy process or should I ignore putting in the fan altogether? How much does it really help? My main reason to ask was because I initially wanted a green led fan. My room is already cold, so Im not sure if I need it. On my Z77-V Pro Mobo and with my EVO cooler on the I5 3570k 3.4Ghz in bios i was reading 32C.

IMO, Side fans don't really do a great deal of cooling. It will reduce your temps by 1-3C & since there are no dust filters on the side panel, they pull dust inside your case.
Since your planning to add a 200mm fan, the temp. decrease might be 3C+
Its really your choice, you can add that green led fan to make your case look good & further reduce your GPU, CPU temps as well.
