nzxt phantom case fans stopped working?

when i first built my machine i connected the top fan and the rear fan i didnt connect the two side fans that came with the nzxt phantom because of time issues. Now i went back and did some cable management and connected the side fans but now the top 200mm fan and rear fan aren't working although my side fans are, any ideas why? and yes i did check if the connector was plugged in properly...btw the top and rear fans use a molex connector.

Do they work again when you disconnect the side fans?
I'd say you don't have enough power - connect only max 2 fans to a single power lead from the PSU. If you don't have more leads, I'd suggest seeing if just one of the Side Fans will work and leave the other disconnected. Do you have a temp problem and actually need the Side Fans? Can the Sidefans be connected to the MOBO Fan headers instead (They will take power from the 24 Pin ATX connector instead)
That 200mm fan needs more juice than the others.

the side fans are connected to the mobo headers but the rear and top fans are molex connectors..... i dont think it is a power issue because i have an 850w psu 80+broze and im only running one gtx 970 and an amd fx8350. i dont have a temp problem at all, my temps were normal when the side fans were disconnected.

edit-- my fan controllers arent working as well, only the side fans are working. but the fan controls used to work before i plugged in the side fans

Ok, so you have power running to the inbuilt fan controller and then the TOP and REAR Fan are connected to the Fan controller on separate switches - so you are saying the Fan Controller is not getting any power at all?

Is the Power socket to the Fan controller still connected to the PSU? The TOP and REAR fan should be connected to the controller via the little 2 pin connectors that look like these http://puu.sh/aiQTv/6606d225cd.jpg, the controller itself needs to be powered by this connector http://puu.sh/aiQUm/613b71a5f3.jpg - make sure it's still plugged in to a Molex from the PSU.



Try by-passing the Fan controller and see if they come on - i.e. connect them with a Molex directly to the PSU or onto one of the extra Fan Headers on the MOBO if they reach.

Personally I don't muck around with Fan Controllers anymore - they're more hassle then they're worth. I just install PWM fans and run software to control them automatically depending on detected temps. It's much, much simpler that way. For instance, if you manually control your fans, if you have them low, you won't know your cooking until your already hot. The adverse is, if you run them at medium to high, it makes everything too noisy unnecessarily.

my fan controllers and the top and rear fans were all powered by the molex connector and it is connected, i double checked, its connected to my psu as well. NZXT preinstalled the fans and fan connectors together for the top and rear stock fans and my fans dont make noise only my cpu fan is loud.
