NZXT PSU Question

Hey people. I would like to know what kind of psu this is with the white cables. Are they some kind of cloth? And where can I get this type?

That's an NZXT HALE90 1000W (HALE90-1000-M) semi-modular power supply in that picture.

The individually sleeved white cables are actually extension cables. They don't come with the power supply.
